Green curry at Thai Food Resto

Thai Food Resto is a small, welcoming place to eat on Soi Singharat 4 in Chiang Mai’s Old City. We came back for its green curry: the bowl in our photo is filled with tofu, vegetables and a coconut-based sauce, with rice on the side. It is an easy place to sit down for a Thai meal away from the busier streets.

Green curry was our favourite, but there is plenty more to explore. Diners also mention khao soi, pad Thai and other Thai dishes. The restaurant has vegetarian and vegan choices, including tofu and vegetable dishes, so people can find something that suits them. The food is served in a casual setting, and visitors often praise the friendly welcome.
