Our recommendation

Our recommendation is to visit the Elephant Rescue Park. Why? Because one of our friends works here as a guide and visited many different elephant parks and sanctuaries before as a tour guide. Therefore we believe that some other places do not offer the same quality of care for elephants. Also, the owner is an incredible genuine guy who was a Monk for many years and is now dedicated to saving the elephants. Of course it is difficult to judge from outside how elephants are treated, that’s why we want to inform you on this so at least you are aware.

We know for sure that the Elephant Rescue Park is a good place where is taken well care of the elephants, as you can further read on their website. Please take this information into account, and be aware, if you’d like to book at an other Elephant sanctuary, camp or park.

This half day private tour includes pick up / drop-off at your accommodation with an air-conditioned minibus or car, you’ll have an English-speaking tour Guide, Insurance, drinking water, treats for elephants, visit PooPoo Paper Park, uniform for Park activities, snacks, fresh coconut juice and a meal, we have just a added an optional extra to the Stick Waterfall.

Times: approximately 06:30 -12:30 or 12:00 – 18:00
