Thai cooking experience

Aim has been working as cooking instructor for over 10 years. She absolutely loves to share her cooking experience with everyone. She uses her joy and energy to teach people how to cook delicious Thai food according to her authentic recipe.

She and her team believe that cooking can be a source of happiness and enjoyment, like having your own little party in a cozy place. It’s all about creating that perfectly relaxing moment.

In 2023, a cooking video with Aim went viral and with the support of friends she was able to start her own cooking school. The school opened in March 24′, where she is now giving Thai cooking courses to everyone who is interested in a fun, Thai, cooking experience!

Available meals for cooking

Courses includes cooking (a selection) of the following authentic Thai meals, which people can choose from:

• Spring rolls
• Soup (f.e. tom yam, coconut milk)
• Stir-fried (rice / noodles)
• Curry (made from self-made curry paste)
• Thai traditional salad (f.e. papaya salad, chicken salad, glass noodle salad)
• Mango sticky rice
• Thai tea

Furthermore, all courses include:

• All necessary ingredients for cooking
• Individual cooking station
• Free transportation for pick-up and return within 3km (1.9miles) from Old Town City
• Morning course includes visit (incl. shopping) at the local Thai fresh market
• E-book / recipes with easy to follow steps
• Drinking water, tea, coffee
• Take-away cooked food (no-food waste)
• AC living room
• All dishes available for vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free diet

Schedule, Time, Prices

Cooking School Team Aim is open every day, subject to availability.

Half Day Morning Course (09:00 – ±14:30*)
Pickup time around 08:20 to 08:50 in the morning
Price: 1,000 THB per person**

Half Day Evening Course (16:30 – ±21:00*)
Pickup time around 15:30 to 15:50 in the afternoon.
Price: 900 THB per person**

*Course may finish later depending on group-size.
**The price to come as a visitor (not cooking) is 400 THB.

Team Aim Thai Cooking School is just outside of Chiang Mai, surrounded by nature and near other touristic points of interest.

Nearby the cooking school you can find: Grand Canyon Water Park, Chiang Mai Night Safari and Wat Phra That Doi Kham (Temple of the Golden Mountain). Just let Team Aim know in advance if you’d like to combine your cooking course with another activity (regarding transportation, pick-up and drop-off).
